If you are unfamiliar with our tracking screens, you may wish to take a look at some of the features available to you.
to Tracking "Sample" 1 - (Current Status)
to Tracking "Sample" 2 (Actions)
to Tracking "Sample" 3 (Filter)
Some of the key features are:
- You can expand or narrow your search by Today, This Week, This Month, Last Week, Last Month, This Year to Date, Custom dates or any date span you need.
- You can customize the information on the tracking session by over 50 features such as Shipper, Consignee, Waybill, Description, PO Number, Invoice Number, Model, Manufacturer, Origin, Destination, and other items, of your choice.
- You can see your Bookings, Pickup Orders, Warehouse Receipts, Shipment or Cargo Details (complete details), Inventory (on hand, delivered or in transit), Cargo Releases (for imported merchandise that cleared Customs) and Shipments (in progress or delivered)
- Live Assistant during your Tracking session, at the click of a button. This feature is only available 8am to 5pm Pacific Time at the moment
